Excellent about the mail box #s.. I do deliveries to homes and apartments and you don't know how many people, rich and poor don't have visible house numbers, especially in evenings but also during day hours!

@@AlexBrandau it's really imperative to have visible house numbers and lighting at night. You're Welcome. Sadly I've had to call.ambulances too many time to know, they Need to know where your house is ASAP even with GPS....its not always easy. But on the lighter note. It makes a house look very polished to have GOOD HOUSE NUMBERS AVAILABLE.. UNLESS YOUR HOUSE # is 666 or something then I wouldn't advertise it. Lol..

Good tips. The one thing I can’t stand though is the wide angle shots. It totally distorts the rooms and you can’t imagine if your furniture will fit. We have sold two houses and I took my own pictures and our houses sold right away. I’m not a photographer, but I think they came out great and they gave a realistic picture of what the rooms actually looked like. The wide angle shots are deceptive advertising. Also, I would love to see smaller, less expensive homes that are staged to sell. Most KZbin video show big beautiful homes and most of us don’t live like that.

What do you think of specifying the days that the house can be shown?. IE: Thursday - Saturday, pre-qualified only, listing agent present at those times. We are in a high demand area.

I’m not your locals expert, yet I’ll share some thoughts. If it’s the best you can do then just go with it! When your house is for sale it’s a short amount of time for your longer term goals. It’s a best practice to make it available for as many buyers as possible and as easy and set for showings as possible. 😊

@AlexBrandau Thank you. I could make it a longer time, all day open for appts. We would essentially move out for the time that it was being shown. I feel that if the whisper / marketing is being done between agents, there would be several potential buyers that would arrange their time to be available. Are agent open houses still a thing?
