Congratulations on your 5 months! I practice SR but for a different reason. I have a girlfriend who suffered from anxiety and she knows that swallowing semen is a great has an anxiolytic effect and she asked me to stop masturbating so my loads would be bigger and more effective for her. I take it a step further by eating healthy foods, exercise and keeping well hydrated. to be able to produce enough semen to keep my girlfriend anxiety free. I think no-fap itself is only half the answer. You have to be able to transmute and direct that energy, which takes a lot of skill in bodily awareness, which most people don't have (especially men, who live upstairs in the head).
