If it fits in a gym locker near an outlet, then it can be secured and charging while you workout. No one questions you if you stay all day working out, but Panera notices.

I bet the fans don't run when charging off the alternator because it's dc to dc charging so no heat would be created because inverting the power isn't needed. But wall outlet (ac) charging would need inversion and would create heat so that's why the fans pop on.

Nice sponsored video. You convinced me. 1. What was wrong about the electric blanket yiu bought? And with the C1,000 what is a typical configuration of appliances you can plug in and how long would it last? How aboutna CPAP machhine, charging a ohone and a fan? Won't power a microwave?

I picked an electrical blanket with too high a W pull, they make ones that work with power stations I’ve been told but apparently not the one I bought 😅 I use mine to power my power tools while building my van, I have an electric kettle I use, my phone, my laptop. If you look on the website in the listing which I linked in the description it tells you how many times you can power each appliance and lists more appliances that people can use. It can power most CPAP machines and microwaves but microwaves will pull a crazy amount of power so just beware :)

Bought one. Plug in my 12v car outlet fridge and it times out. App doesn't give option of overiding this. If your vanlifeing what's your workaround? Cheers

Yeah, but I lived off power stations in a van for three years before ever being given one and I’ve had offers from so many power station companies my email literally has a folder dedicated just for power station offers. LOL. I took a deal once from Jackery but after testing out and living on a few different kinds I decided Anker was my favorite & decided to only do deals with them since they are all I personally purchase now 👍🏼 But I ABSOLUTELY get your point & it’s totally valid 👍🏼
