All I could think of as you were going under the house was CALL WARDEN! LOL. Warden, as always, is there to lend a helping hand. This young man is a jack of all trades. The entire Bates sibling group really needs to band together and do something very special for him. Warden is always there and does so much. You all are truly blessed to have such a fantastic brother. It would be great to see him start his own channel and vlog his daily life and the construction business he is working on.

Boy is it a good thing that your father taught you how to do maintenance . Tiffany is so cute. I flip old Antique furniture if the white paint turning yellow it’s because the wood tenants are coming through the white paint. You will need a tan and Blocker primer

We used to have an old farmhouse.. my husband at the time literally had to do a bucket brigade to get dirt out from under the house to even be able to get under it to replace the copper water lines to Pex.

Lawson, the next time you go under the house you should wear coveralls and gloves for your health protection. You don't know what germs and bacteria can be down there. Tiffany in case you didn’t know there are special mats you can get for your dining room table that you put on the table and then you can put your any type of tablecloth over that and that way if someone accidentally set something super hot on your table it will not burn and leave scab marks on your table

Lawson there is a very small town in western North Dakota called Medora In the summer there is a nightly musical with 1,500 to 2,500 in attendance look it up… you could get more exposure for your music career.
