awsome video ( one of the most interesting when it comes to shoulder cases )Dr. im currently on the licensing process of your course, since receiving your tools and watching literally most of your videos i find that most cases that cause more of a challenge are shoulder and sciatic problems of course depending on the details of the case. It is these type of cases i find most interesting ( cases in wich muscular or fascia impingement are stubborn) , especially if there has been no real trauma. cases like these i wonder what the nature of the stubbornness would be; one, could be terrible tissue or fascia restriction in GENERAL..( meaning the overall health of his tissue). 2. the scare tissue needs to soften. then stretch with A2 and A1. My point is, i experimented with this thought in mind with moxibustion sticks applied to the areas of deep restriction with the intention of adding elasticity to the impingement, then applied ASTR and TA-DA results improved dramatically. Im truly intrigued by ASTR, way to go Dr.Jacobs thank you and please keep posting. I also wanted to know if you can show me a video where you go over (exactly) how to get to 1st layer and 2nd layer of fascia using A2....in the lecture videos i seen one of your patients, where you were explaining how the patient knew what layer you were working on because she had been explained in the course,and noticed how you were angling the tool... can you please show and elaborate on the technique? thank you.

@@Dr.Jacobs … Hey doing much better, thanks.. It took about 2 years to heal, still have pain occasionally but nothing like it was … I’m wondering what the heck caused it! I had no injury to the shoulder, it just got grossly swollen for no apparent reason …. :(
