1) Beating the goalkeeper: Try shooting away from the goal keeper by shooting on the corners. Use inside of your feet to shoot. Don't shoot from too close to the goalkeeper. 2) Passing and receiving the ball : Use inside of your feet to receive the ball and use inside of your feet to pass it with your next foot pointing towards the target. 3) Controlling more difficult passes: Use your instincts. Practice with wall on different heights. 4) Taking the ball with you: Use the top outside edge of your foot to dribble. 5) Protecting the ball: Use the under side of your feet to drag it away from the defenders.

Great instructions. I have forwarded this to my highschool soccer team. A few things I would add about passing and receiving the ball with the inside of the foot. When passing the ankle needs to be lock or rigid and when receiving a pass the trapping the ankle should be flexible and the trap should be a little pass to yourself.

1.shoot away from the goalkeeper, into the corner of the goals -The best way to do that is to use the inside of you foot to shoot 2.when you get a penalty kick, shoot the ball when u r further from the goalkeeper 3.when dribbling with the ball use the top outside edge of your foot 4.when you are guarded by multiple people kick the ball back turn around & go in the other direction 5.
