I understand well this principle: the more you dedicate and train not only effectively, but thoroughly; the more that you will grow. I'm never really got into the football culture until I was about 18. Now, as a 19 year old that's put thousands of hours of individual training despite not having a team or a coach, I've made huge improvements. In the beginning I couldn't even get passed 5 kick ups, now I can surpass 50 in a row. My first touch ability was actually pretty natural when I first started... that surprised me loads. But as I trained, I improved. My ultimate goal is to make any team, even amateur leagues, just to feel that sensation of what it may be like as a footballer. Though, who knows? Maybe with enough time and discipline I could go farther than an amateur team. Doubted, but worth a try. Great video! Very motivational. Cheers!

What was your routine like? I started at 20 and I'm pretty bad lol
@GgTTV8282 жыл бұрын
@@Youssef-kx4cd my routine is every monday, wensday and friday training sessions for between 1 to 2 hours. For the first 15 minutes I did stretches and a light jog to get the blood flowing. After that, a bit of the basics for the next 45 minutes. I had no equipment so I did everything based on my footwork alone - i practiced my touches with juggling, did some v dragbacks, step overs and some light dribbling into the box before taking a shot on goal. Since I did this all by myself it isn't the best, but it's better than giving up on my dreams. But, if you have a friend to practice passing with, or friends for you to practice attacking or defending with (or even as a goal keeper), then all the more better! If not, some substitutes could be a wooden/plastic rebound board to practice your touches or passes (a wall works great too). You could also use old shoes as makeshift cones to practice dribbling around "defenders". There's some other things I did, too. Plenty of digital resources, like unisport, that gives some helpful things as well. Hope this helps! Godspeed 🙏❤️

I remember back in high school when there was a inter school tournament, I wanted to play in it. So i started playing football before 7 momths from the scratch to participate in it. Focusing on all the basics in the first 2 month alongside focusing on my fitness and flexibility, From month 2 to 5 i traied so hard to improve those techniques and get faster with the ball and choose a position for myself ( LW ) And then the final 2 month i played more than 20 matches and gained some match experience. Over-all, The journey was fun and i was just shocked on how much i improved in the span of few months. This shows that you can actually do anything if you really focus and stay dedicated.

After we lost a game to a class one year younger than us, I decided I should buy a football and play at home. I've improved my dribbling, and because of that, I get the ball more. I am a complete beginner at every aspect of the game but I know for sure that I am confident with my physical abilities. I know this is a year old video, and probably no one will ever see this, but I don't really care, so I'm just ramble a little bit So last year I've gotten really into football ig my passion for it has risen up again and it gotten so strong that it made me stop my 7 year long boxing career which I will start again in a week or 2 but I still want to play football I'd prefer to play in a farmers league rather than be in a championship ring. I'm really sad I wasn't given a chance like Toby got. I've played 2 years of football when i was very little. I played when I was 6 till 8. I am now 15 years old and told my dad I want to start football again but he told me I am too old to start now, he told me that I'll get destroyed and humiliated which I doubt but I feel like he's right everyone at my age already is training under a "big club" in my country but I'm honestly not that bad. I average 15 keep ups, my dribbling isn't my best factor, my accuracy is honestly good most the time, I was the 3rd fastest in my school last year and went racing nationally which I ended 7th, my control needs the most amount of help really. But the thing is my dad at 18 was the best in my country, honestly a game changer type of player young Messi/Ronaldo, he was do good he was in the newspaper cover in Greece which is not where he's even from and him saying these things and my grandpa backing him up really fuckinh hurts. I just want to be given a chance, a chance at training, a chance to prove my worth. I just want to get back into the game because, really, I love the feeling of being on the field. When I'm in a ring, I feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I don't like to hurt people, but everyone tells me I have so much talent in boxing so much potential. But I don't fucking like it anymore, I want to go back to playing ball I want to have that feeling again. My cousins that used to play competitive football last year (one stopped because he became a dad and the other because of health problems) take me to play with them and their friends sometimes and honestly while I'm definitely not the best there I'm also definitely not bad, shit I even score atleast once a match. I just hope my dad could see it from my eyes, but sadly, he can't. If anyone actually took the time out of their lifes to read all of this, I'd just like to say thank you to hear me ramble, and I hope you have a wonderful day whether you read this or not.

Im brazilian, played in semi professional level, today sometimes I do coach mentorship with some football beginners I find in reddit. Here some advice for you: this video is cool and really helped his fundamentals, but the best pratice is on game, playing against real players, because this way u understand the game, you develop your senses and also you increase your confidence. The video is for youtube so his focus was be good to show for youtube audience he could kick the ball better, his mind was focused on that, he had no pression of a real dispute or game, but in fact, a lot of guys who cant control the ball, cant kick, cant play, generally are roasted or feel bad about being rejected inna football match, losing confidence and feelig a lot of pression inna match, i know cause i know some guys like that. When u pratice direct in the game, u learn how the game happens, some situations that always repeat in the pitch, and u start to adapt to these situations, for example, in some match, as horrible as you are, u gonna focus only in ball control, u wont give af about the rest, ur first focus gonna be receive the ball, control it well and look for someone to pass, without rush, then when u be good at it, step to learn pass the ball better, it looks simple but its not... and then defend. Let skills and tryna be CR7 for the last, basic fundamentals inna real match is so pleasure to execute, I remember play with better and older guys than me when I was yung, it helped me a lot being a good player, because when I played with em I was so focus on doin the basic, receive, pass, and defend.

I watched this video like 2 months ago and I started playing football with my friends a month ago. After a month i can actually see alot of progress. My shooting,driblling and speed have improved drastically and even my defending has gotten better. I now am able to hit curve shots. Just gotta improve my shooting and my dribbling will eventually get better as I play.

Great Vid! Amazing to see the development from a training perspective. Including soccer games and at home practices was smart. Though training is only one aspect. Going 30 days straight with soccer training can negatively affect overall physical performance. I would keep the overall same training but would include nutritional guidance, strength training, and post soccer recovery therapies to enhance muscle development, stamina, and reduce risk of injury/soreness. (i.e. swimming/light exercises day after games) Thanks for sharing. I am like Toby, so it gives me hope for my next month's training and development. :)
