Spectre is just so busted now. 60 secs at lvl 1 is just so short for a global tp that also nukes on arrival and leaving. Pretty sure she's gonna get nerfed to like 100/80/70

The wording on Spectre's shard is terrible. The actual value that Dispersion went up is another 20% (or 25% with level 25 talent), not "100%"

Speed tell me my build is trash, im stomping games in legend with this, but need more games to justify. Pick pl buy treadds, whatever lane itmes you meed then proceed to aghs, after aghs i rush octarine amd after that the games is over, i farm like a machine, never ending mana and u only one spesr to clear camps amd lanes so you dont need to show up, u can counter push and def hg like crazy if needed, i tend to skip diffusal, and then just go for skadi, say if u need status restsitance and manta if they have silence, or even butterfly if its a good game and u wanna be meanece to the sosiciety for 5-10 min of the game in that time you can take aegia and emd the game

well, luna is a speed farmer, u need to get items very quickly and play around the spikes, if u mess it up, it get messed up really quick

Speed is a top ranked player so he doesn't have to pretend like good heroes are bad in high mmr because they're even stronger at low mmrs.

The arc warden winrate, in average rank especially,. is inflated because it is one of THE go to smurf heroes. @@ammarshamsul1217

The issue I have is arc warden's winrate number is pumped up by smurfs. It's like saying try meepo or tinker, when we all know the numbers are pumped up by smurfs and account sellers.@@iwakuralain3064
