The Clarins Double serum is heavily fragranced unfortunately :( It put me off it.

I totally agree about the Double Serum. I bought a double pack duty free after Caroline’s video about the new formula. It lasts forever! Not a bad thing, but I watch so many reviews on you tube and want to try something new haha. It’s a nice serum but I prefer smaller indie brands or green brands or medical grade brands over the department store brands.

Fringes 🙄 Like it with other people but if I have them, it gets on my nerves when there constantly falling in front of my eyes. Also I have kind of a natural wave, particularly in the part where a fringe would be. So I always have to style them if I want them to fall nice. Can not be bothered with that ...

I bought the Clarins Double Serum over a month and I just can't get past how fragranced it is. I feel like I'm smearing pure perfume on my face so consequently I've only used it 3 times. It's a lovely fragrance & my skin is not particularly sensitive but in my mind I feel like I'm doing something bad for my skin rather than helpful- even though it gets great reviews which is why I thought I'd try it in the first place. Perhaps I should give it a proper chance.

Oh yes indeed, the fringe dilemma. If I don't have one I feel my hair hangs too lank and straight, if I do have one it drives me bananas and will not do what it's told. Solution for me was to have a long side swept fringe long enough to get behind my ear if it and also long enough still give a sweep of hair across my forehead when I did it, if that makes any sense.. A longer fringe behaves better too, at least with my wavy hair.

Long lasting products- I bought the Le Mer Cleansing Gel TWO years ago and am just now getting near the bottom. Partly because one pump is enough to clean two faces. It’s so old that I’m using it in the kitchen as a hand cleaner. Great product but yeah, hard to move on.

I need to run & purchase those L'oreal Glycolic Pads & revisit Medik8's site because your skin looks phenomenal! For someone who has used the really harsh Retinols in the past, (face pieces falling off type retinols), would you recommend starting with the Crystal Retinal, Retinoate -R or does Medik8 have someone to help you choose the correct product based on skin concerns? (Melasma, uneven coloration, texture --which I know the glycolic will help a\as well) Any suggestions are very welcome! I also have to tell you that your sense of humor is so fabulous! Both my husband & I have very dry, sometimes sarcastic senses of humor & here in the Midwestern part of the US, most people think we are smarting off..which we do to each other, but not others! You had me laughing re: your family not understanding your J O B even after 8yrs! Just tell them your J O B is to try out all of the ridiculously expensive skin treatments companies make for free so that you can then tell stupid American women (like me) whether or not to buy the ridiculously expensive product, lol! I bet they wouldn't ask anymore..😉 Much Love from across the pond 💜😘

Have they released a new version of the L'eau de Neroli as well? I ordered a new bottle and it's in one of the lovely new black rimmed oval flacons- and I reckon it's fruitier and stronger than the stuff that came in the slim, sleek bottle..(I'm talking about Diptyque)

Winner of a video, I have been researching "how to be a product reviewer" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Zonenjamin Qiyrayden Builder - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbour got amazing results with it.
