This one was freaking awesome, I hurt my rotator awhile back and have had a fear of shoulders, this time full healed and did all the other upper workouts hoping to build muscle around the shoulder area before I went back to isolate shoulders on their own. These exercises were very much safe on the positions and motions and of course lowered my weight. Thanks Labrada 🔥
@gauravrana36066 жыл бұрын
Laura Rodriguez am also suffring from shoulder pain can u suggest something how to heal it without taking break from gym
@LauraRodriguez-um3ty6 жыл бұрын
gaurav rana I took time off them, I continued to workout out the rest of my body which still will work around your shoulders, I hated the pop and numbing feeling I used to feel when I worked them out. So when I no longer Felt that pain, I used less weight and did natural movements we use everyday, no fancy weird weight movements. I did these shoulder exercises from Labrada and the way he explains it is great advice

Can someone please help me. I really want to use the bodybuilding website forum but I don't know how. I googled "New forum on bodybuilding" and that's how I got to post a thread. I don't know how to find it on the main site. When I finally did post some threads I never know where to find it again. The last I see is that my forum will be reviewed by a monitor.

The second tab to the right says "Forum." And like most forums after you sign up you have to 'confirm' the new account via the email they send you. And then you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can start posting pics.
