Bro your videos are getting me next level gains . After your leg one I couldn’t run for a couple days but solid material . I still don’t understand these yuppies on here getting free tips and complaining . Thank you brotha right to the point and changing the way I work out in isolating muscle groups and it shows .

Beautiful shoulders love this routine. I have been doing it and my shoulders look great, Love that ever exercises shown on the machine are normally in most gyms.

I've been lifting weights for a while & I did this workout today & it's the truth. This is not for a beginner. 3 hours later I am still feeling it. Workouts like this you only have to do once a week.

All of you complaining about the high rep have obviously never tried Kris Gethin's DTP program. Volume is high but the workout IS still quick

Great video. I am little confused. The video shows 8 exercises but the routine only shows 7. You're missing the sitting dumbbell shoulder press. Can you help me out?

I'm going to try this workout today. Normally I do Abel Albonetti's. You missed the seated dumbell press for 3rd and the rest were out of order compared to the list at the beginning.Not a huge deal, it just confused me for a minuet.

Krysten Novak Don't waste your time, this workout has way too much volume. Cut it half, after two compounds, your muscles are fried then just add a high rep ancillary movement. Remember, stimulate don't annihilate.

You can save your workout time by eliminating either # 7 or #8. Can choose to do either one but doing both of them is a waste of time and isn't necessary in my opinion.

Everyone's rear delts are lagging. The front delt gets so much more work from chest exercises. But the answer to your question is, yes.

The overview stated 8 exercises. He performed 7 out of 8. He forgot the seated dumbbell press in his routine. In any case it's still a great routine.

Kevin Parekkattil I feel like 'stronger' is too general. When you think of stronger you think of adding weight, but progressive overload is where it's at. More difficult variations/shorter rest periods/higher reps/more sets/ adding weight is what you need to get bigger

nope hypertrophy training is how you gain mass heavier weights build explosive strength and are not as effective at getting mass also most of the guys on this channel are natural people just say they aren't cause they're too lazy to put in the work to look like these guys

You're seated military barbell press is more like a very high incline barbell press. The bench should be upright. Hey, just an observation. ;-)

Nothing wrong with a Smith for certain exercises. You gotta understand some people have shoulder impingements or injuries that limit their range of motion. I used a Smith for months after my Rotator Cuff tear
