Timely and such good choices! Thank you! How we use them: radishes in dal and soups. Sesame as podi. Sweet potato cut lengthwise roasted. Amla pickle. With warm winter wishes 🙏

Video suggestion: How to incorporate these into our diet. Lots of us grow up with parents who are uneducated on nutrition and so are uneducated ourselves.

Pine needles in the winter are also a good source of vitamin c, be sure its an edible pine though

Crazy how we can use the turpentine from the sap, eat the nuts, and use the pine needles for tea...yet growing up, we are never told this.
