What is your favorite warming up routine to prevent injuries?

Did you stop doing crossfit? And if you did, why?

Yes I did stop. The weightlifting aspect of it got me injured to often. I still do a lot of strength training but than in a more controlled way. For example: With heavy deathlifts and cleans in a WOD for time, I lose form after a couple of reps. Every now and then I do a WOD. But only with body weight. If I would go back in to a similar sport it probably would be Hyrox for that reason.
