I think I agree with those 5. Maybe The Man who shot liberty Valence should be in there, although I'm not sure which one it would replace. Red River as well.

I'd include The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance on my list, but it is more Jimmy Stewart's movie than it is Wayne's.

Absolute bastard in real life - one of American cinema's most recognizable persona's on the silver screen. A confused legacy indeed. But a good John Wayne film is a good John Wayne film.
