Have you tried any of these weapon loadouts? Whats your go to weapon loadout in your bannerlord campaign?

I run bow and arrows with shiled and executioners axe... I also sometimes run no shield with 2 things of arrows. Shield for more survivability at range, second set of arrows for when I want to be able to just drop rounds without worrying about misses as much since I have rounds in reserve. I prefer the no shield version because I can always just pick up an enemy shield.

i cant swing with the long glaive did they change it?

Well, always was "swingable" only in two hands, no shild.
