another tip, that standart schedules don´t have is the match review, that can only be scheduled after a game. might be useful to know, that there is a training session, that you can use comfortably without much cost but with great benefits for tactical familiarity

My team cohesion was in the red for first 3 months of the season. I discovered in training that the only sessional that increase cohesion GREATLY are teamwork and match practice. Started inserting 2 match practices and 2 teamworks weekly and after only 2 weeks we are in the green.

@@sharfanneymar9873 Those training sessions are in the match preparation row. Just substitute them in a day that has a rest or substitute them for some other scheduled session.

Match practise gives you 100% individual training, use that twice a week. Also you should never allow your anyone else other than yourself to set up the training on every squad if you want to make the most of it. Also referring your other video, you should alway hire the staff yourself, not the AI as it makes some idiotic hires and not best ones for your team.
