Lad is once per chain, so cl1 your opp card, cl2 lad, cl3 can be you or your opponent. It folds to quick plays. Also it gets 4 negates because it loses atk and def. 2400/500 is 4 negates.

Agreed with the first point - but the meta right now doesn’t see many quick plays (MAYBE droplet) so it’s still pretty strong, and even if they do then that’s multiple cards just to out LADD 2nd point - u right u right

if you summon arcana force 21 the world you can just infinitely skip their turn with the horus cards, arcana reading and 15 the fiend help you get to light barrier forgot to mention planet pathfinder

The things i'm not a big fan when playing ladd in Horus : 1) The fact that he blow up your whole field (mainly your sarc) 2) Kashtira Fenrir (summon Fenrir and just swing in ladd and your whole board is gone, and Fenrir saw a lots of play atm) 3) Ladd chain block all activation (even if ladd already did his 4 negates), because ladd is a mandatory effect and will trigger on each activation, so you can't play others form of disruption with him (except cards that negate summon, mainly the solemn brigade).

It's 4 times since you need to reduce 500 atk and Def

You should consider book of moon...normally ppl atk it with a monster smaller than 2400 since hes 400 at the end of negates and when they atk, u book and it resets him when he flips. Me and the team used to abuse him so bad back in the day in monarchs and other stuff and we always played 3 book w him

Doesnt lava golems restriction on normal summoning conflict with trying to normal the LADD? Would it not maybe be better to play 2 of the level 8 kaijus? You could also play slumber in this deck since even if you go first it can get value in grave after you discard it with the horus cards

I do have a Horus Kaiju build on my channel! The Lava golem does restrict summoning LADD but it does have a much more significant impact into the meta than kaiju’s if you’re not playing something like Luna to reuse the kaijus

Imperm conflits with skill drain and either your opponent play through as if nothing happends or they will sit on nothing and lava golem will be dead. I would rather just play solemn strike since we dont have other handraps

Yeah but that’s fine! You just keep it on board without using anything until they out it, which at that point you can use other disruptions

too many trade ins u will brick on and Ladd is basically a worst vanity ruler.

You play so many 8 stars and cards that search them. You are not bricking on Trade-ins, but I do agree V-Ruler>LADD
