I thoroughly enjoy your videos, Julia. Your sweet spirit shines through beautifully! Our household consists of two persons--my wife and myself (I'm the cook, BTW) so most of your recipes are cut down to two-person sizes. Sometimes that's a bit tricky, and sometimes it just doesn't work all that conveniently. Have you ever...could you possibly...would you please consider...a video of recipes just for two? That would be a much-appreciated blessing for several of your subscribers, I believe.

This is why Julia's cookbook is such a good buy: You can mix and match or add and subtract from her dishes and they are just as good to make them as your own. BTW, rinse (or let for a while) the onions in plain cold water to take away the bite. Julia, your ending almost made me cry because you acknowledged that almost everyone is going through something!

It is keeping me from being able to stand and do any cooking for even a short length of time.
