The way I showed a beautiful woman that I was interested was by just talking to her and always having eye-to-eye contact. Just during our first meet up, which was totally accidental, we spent an hour talking and when I had to leave, I shook her hand and thanked her for her wonderful company. Before I started to leave, she took my arm and told me that she'd like to go out with me. I lived in a apartment complex once. I used to visit with my neighbor at the pool as she would get some sun lying on a lounger. She thought me as being a funny person in some ways. I saw her at a grocery store and some guy was hitting on her, which I could tell she wasnt having any if it. I didnt know what to say right away as my brain wasnt fully engaged as I just woke up. Well, I wouldn't start with spinning on my head but it might be worth doing. :) Seriously, I really don't think it's hard or complicated to talk to today's women. The most important things to keep in mind are: 1) Be respectful; 2) Respect her physical space; 3) don't take rejection personally immediately. For YEARS I never talked to women for fear of rejection. I've come to realize not EVERY woman I might be interested in will be interested in me. That doesn't necessarily mean there's something "wrong" with me, but that we're just not compatible, etc. I've found short and light statements can be a great way to "break the ice" and gauge whether or not she's open to engaging in a conversation. If she's not open to a conversation, I wish her a good day and go on my way. It's hard to not be nervous or to not be uncomfortable, but respecting her and respecting her physical space can go a LONG way, especially if interacting with someone you don't know, i.e. a stranger. At some point, you might learn she'll appreciate your ability to spin on your head or maybe call your "bluff" about being able to do so. ;)

Unfortunately, my wife was targeted by her coworker and seduced into limerence. He was a covert narc and read her like a book. He groomed her. She also has low self-esteem and no boundaries. One key factor it seems is where you are exactly when you see a woman that you are attracted to. Marni, in high school I got sucked into the email lists of persons like Bobby Rio, David DeAngelo, and Eric Edgemont, manosphere coaches, and frankly, a lot of those coaches' advice was just bad. "Liking her too much is needy" type shit. Although they laid out premises etc that are in fact true (neediness, etc) a lot of the advice and strategies that they wrote, including a lot of the more theoretical/mindset stuff, was riddled with pseudoscientific and/or extremely situational bullshit that, while not disproven, was intentionally misleading at best. At worst, profiteering. But when I watch _your_ videos, I can tell that you're telling the truth and you're not making anything unnecessarily hard or jargon-y. I'll keep watching you for quite some time, I still have a lot of problems but even though somedays it feels like I'm not getting any better at this, my mindset and self-respect are leaps and bounds ahead of what they were when I was sixteen and a Niceguy.

I'm 35, I've tried all kinds of different ways and lines that usually seem to get labeled as creepy- even if just a little. The best luck I've had was just going up to a girl at the store at random, asking her if she was seeing anyone (telling her I just thought she looked pretty) and making a dumb little joke. She was seeing someone she said, but the compliment made it way easier and she actually laughed and seemed kindof appreciative and there was little to no awkwardness after. And I didn't really feel that bad because she seemed to genuinely appreciate the compliment. We went on our way and that was it.

here’s a question, I find myself, now at 61, single again worse even still because of an eye disease, almost completely blind, to add insult to injury part of the eye disease I have causes nystagmus, which is an almost constant movement of the eyes. Everyone always stresses make iContact and look into her eyes, yada yada yada. I never realized before how much my eye of movement was offputting to others, nothing I can do about this. It instantly makes me look shifty, possibly deceptive and maybe even creepy. I had to laugh a little though when you said that most women also fear rejection which is why women will rarely initiate showing she is interested sexually in a man for fear of being rejected. I'm sorry but 999 times out of 1,000 if an even somewhat attractive woman were to openly let a straight, unattached man know that she is sexually attracted to, AND interested in him "at first sight", it is highly unlikely that he will reject her. He may not believe he's actually awake, and may look around for unicorns with a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow coming out their butts; but he will not reject her.

You also need to take into account that if a woman hasn't been approached yet, it's probably because she is not that attractive. If she was, she wouldn't need to approach, she'd already been approached 10 times by men. So if a woman has to do the approaching, she also has a good chance to be rejected. Secondly, it doesn't matter if statistically women has less chance to be rejected, they live in fear and they get anxiety easily. Too many thoughts go through a woman's mind where she imagines things going wrong. It's the fear of rejection that stops you from approaching. Women aren't immune to that fear.

Yeah...the problem with this is that back in "the day", meaning anytime before the #MeToo movement took over, a man showing interest in a woman was considered a normal thing that happens. Guys used to say "go talk to her, what's the worst that could happen?" Because the worst that could happen is she rejects you and your guys friends laugh at you. But today...showing interest, especially sexual interest, heck, just flirting or saying something like "hey, I think you're cute" can end with you sitting in managers office getting told something like "we've had reports that girls feel uncomfortable around you", and next thing you know, your membership gets terminated, your circle of friends stop talking to you, and you get a reputation as "that guy". The concept of "go talk to her, what's the worst that could happen?" has been replaced with "I dunno man, if you go talk to her, you might get kicked out, have your membership revoked, or get ostracized from friend groups. Is she worth it?" Truly sad times we live in.
