I remember commenting on vikkis insta post about her period trouble last year & she had all the symptoms of either adenemoyosis or endometriosis. Not sure if she’s had a laparoscopy or not as this is the ONLY way to check and diagnose for it. All symptoms are the same as PMDD so would love to know if she’s been checked for it. It changed my life after surgery for it. Also Chloe I have polysistic ovaries and my age 30 I had developed endometriosis & adenmoyosis which is common with PCOS too. So be worth asking about being checked for this. Adenemoyosis in particular causes bleeding like you explain. I had weight gain, excess hair etc with pcos but not so much the heavy periods, but maybe that is a symptom. Endo and adenemoyosis is SO misunderstood & unless you ask to be checked for it it can take over 10 YEARS to get a diagnosis!

The show is much better when the guest is in the studio. Didn’t watch for very long because of the set up & was causing the delay all you could hear was mmhmm when guest is speaking.

Agree the quality wasn’t amazing, but would rather her record with amazing people like vicky like this than miss out on these types of podcasts due to distance etc.
