Hi Durrell😌💞How are you? I enjoyed watching and getting some care tips🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟You soak your vandas for a day in rain-water. That must make them so healthy✨I water my phalaenopsis under a filter on the tap in the kitchen with luke-warm water. The filter is all I have and plus I bottle water to let the chemicals evaporate too. Anyway have fun in Texas🌵💃🥂Happy Valentines💖

I love your spirit, I’m on Maui trying to save 7 almost dead orchids, usually I just hang them on a tree, they didn’t do well, because they aren’t well, I putting them all to water culture, not using much water, why do some use very little water, and some cover more roots like the orchid whisper? I like that you don’t use much, can you tell me why some ppl use so much water? pretty please and thank you kindly

Hey PhalPal, all I know is how I do it. The way they teach with full and semi is totally confusing to me as well. My orchids are in water 24:7 and the other channels do dry days. I like to have the water touching the base of phalaenopsis. Not over it. If the vase is too large I’d not fill it up due to lack of rain water.

Did i hear you right.... I dont have to fertilize if i get some sea kelp spay?... I may have to watch thar again...i have fertilized any of mine just yet...i have 8 phalz right now started about a yr. Ago all in water culture.
