wait no darkwash denim? to me the double knee and the cargo can be categorized into the same look, I rather the cargo in faded camouflage pattern to be special enough and the double knee in darker color like olive that is fading into lighter shade on places to better highlight its panel construction.

Good choices.. but cargo n' carpenter pants just as they came back, soon became out of fashion again. I prefer to invest in timeless pieces, like straight black jeans, indigo blue, light wash denim, chino, some dress pants. Saves money and maintains style over time.

Where I live cargos were cool until every 2nd 12-18 girl been wearing them. They just lost the vibe almost completely but i still like them but also you should be more unique sometimes, so go for other fits, try other shit than your regular pants

I wear cargo and carpenter pants to work. I think that fad will die off soon. But that's coming from someone who appreciates more timeless fashion as opposed to trendy new fashion. Definitely would add some dark wash jeans to the list, as well as chinos if you want staple items. But at the end of the day we all look better wearing what we're comfortable in and things that apply to our personal style

As a man, I made the mistake of buying many trousers with different colors like Grey, brown, bage and other colors that I can't name, then I realized very quickly that the only color that a man should buy for trousers is black and that deep blue that almost looks like black, they go with every shirt, t-shirt and shoe, now am buying all black trousers, one pair of white shoes but most shoes are black and and a few brown, shirts any color goes with black pants, although I want black shirts too, within two years my wardrobe will be all black including shoes, no need to think of what to wear just pick whatever is clean. It's all black. Am black too 😅 let's leave colors to children, lgbtq and women.

5 pants every guy needs in their closet: 1. Dark wash jeans (black,dark blue,dark grey) 2. Medium wash jeans (med blue, med grey) 3. Light wash jeans (light blue, light grey) etc. 4. Chinos/ 'semi-formal' pants in mostly neutral colors or any favorite colors, etc. 5. Dress pants (black and in different shades of grey's and blues) etc. Anything else is personal preference: cargo, pleated, carpenter, etc.
