1.Door handle went bad ✅ 2. Door actuator ❌ 3. Window regulator ❌ 4. Jackpads ❌ 5. Headunit ❌ But I already had to replace the Valve Cover and Oil Filter Housing Gaskets on my 16 435i

The gooey inner door pull issue goes back many years (early 2000's) and I am a firm believer that part of the goo issue is caused by cleaning products including big name car interior cleaners. I have purposely not cleaned the inner door pull of both my 2007 Z4 M Coupe and 2020 440i and have no issues with both. Nice video, keep going.
