that puffer fish incident was so similar to my local incident, I'm surprised same case happened like a copycat, a local low class family got gifted a puffer fish from fisherman friend, it was mentioned they know nothing about puffer fish and just think it's an "expensive fish", that family just simply deep fried and eating the fish with whole family, it end with very sad scene, I've heard their youngest kid survived, I can only pray that kid is strong now.
