Great notes regarding thickness of the cases. All too often, watch influencers fail to mention that and it's a very important point to consider. General rule, excluding AP Offshores, thick = cheap.

I think we sometimes can get jaded as watch enthusiasts and start to think "there are so many Speedmasters!" but to be honest, I've probably only seen a few people actually wearing them out in public. Mostly I just see them online...

wonderful video and I agree to your alternatives. My watch collection started 28 years ago with a Fortis Cosmonaute Chronograph with the Lemania 5100. I have 2 favorites of the alternatives: Tudor Black Bay Chrono and Zenith Chronomaster Sport. Best content and even short, congratulations ❤👍🏻👍🏻😊

Nice work. Great content and delivery. Maybe the Heuer Autavia should have been on the list? Additional edit: I’d even add the Bulova Lunar Pilot to the list. It’s also a moon watch - at about 1/10th the price of a Speedy. I love mine, and don’t feel the need, the need for a Speedy… PS: It’s pronounced Porsch-ah…

I personally bought a Ebel 1911 (zenith cal 400) and a Eberhard Quadrangolo (Lemania 1872) for only 2800 euro together, way better value than a Speedy IMO.
