The theme of this video is “Don’t give up! Just keep swim in!” I love it! I’m a lady of 70+ yrs and am now 5’2”. That makes for a rather round shape. Haven’t always been just round, but some very annoying very persistent abdomen cysts created this body and it’s the one I have. Thanks to you, literally , I have been learning to love what I have. That works better than hating the one we are in. Thank you for your advice of “ Just keep swim in” and I will do that. Have a Lovely Day swim in in what were in, and just stay healthy as you can. Then you are an even luckier apple 😁 Most of the tips and tricks will work just the same for you, only you don’t have the large chest to fight with. I’m afraid to say that no matter our shape, it’s all trial and error x
