here is an example of rephrasing a negative thought. Negative: "I can't afford this" - avoid the word CAN'T. Instead, positive rephrasing could be: "I choose not spend money on this because I am focused on saving right now", etc....

The mindset I keep encountering is that no matter how hard I try to climb out of debt or break through in income, I'm always falling behind. But I know underneath this, I've put a ceiling on what I can conceive of earning because of my last highest paycheck, which I've never been able to break through in my business.
