Great content, but I have an important question to ask. While creating the labour resources, do I need to add the required labours' man-hours in a crew? For example, in Excavation work of 8hrs per day, do I need to add operator's, helper's and foreman's time making it 24hrs/day budgeted unit?

If you define the resource as a "Excavation Crew" then you can add the total 24hrs/d budgeted unit per time.

In Primavera can Change row height for activities only but how to change row height for project name row And for wbs rows

You'll have to go into the Group & Sort screen. Check out the colorful text on the right of the table. Click there to change font size. That's all you can do.

Dear Michael. In resource loading you're showing just how to assign the resources it's not resources loading. If you can show how to load resources with thier exact quantities it will be highly appreciated
