Hey there! Most acreage is going to be located a bit further from the city. Typically, over 3 acres will be a bit of a drive, whereas 1 acre is very obtainable much closer. As always though, your options will fluctuate with budget. Washougal was highlighted as an affordable acreage option, whereas if your budget takes you north of $1M there are many options closer to the city for you!
