You think those are good at Costco I found at cacao powder. Which is pure chocolate High In antioxidants. Vitamins and minerals dark chocolate is way better than milk chocolate for your health. Ask Google what cacao is good for. I also found dried goji berries at Costco. Good to put in your salad and your smoothies, are real healthy for you, I once had a Goji Berry plant in my backyard. Play which is normally grown in Asian countries.

the only good protein source on this list are sardines. In general plant proteins are less bioavailable and do not contain complete or sufficient ratios of different amino acids. The fats in seeds/nuts are not healthy theyre around 40% linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fat that is almost definitely atherogenic. Red meat should be on here and whey protein over plant protein powder.
