The video is part of the “Choosing Wisely” campaign, which is an initiative of the ABIM Foundation to help physicians and patients engage in conversations about the overuse of tests and procedures. 1.be prepared (write down your self-diagnosis,symptoms, effects,questions and possible triggers) 2.be specific (talk about severity of the pain,how long it’s been going and when it started/started to get noticeable worse) 3.speak up,(when you are about to take a new or old medication ask your doctor if this is necessary and what are the effects of taking said medication?)

Knowing that questions here are good, and impossible to ask your doctor at appointments. Even imagination of some sort is normal in certain cases.

Is your doctor open to a voice recording of your visit? if Yes DO it if not change doctors. Ask why they have said no. Think about this my fellow seniors

I might not ask all of these questions. All about the vaccines, and the pandemic of stuff. STD Epidemic? Influenza pandemic ? New pestilences? Odd Pestilences coming back,etc? Vaccines might be something to update in adults one day because baby shots are outdated. Think about fictional disease character, that could become real later on, etc.
