Will are 1, 2 and 5 gonna all give a similar answer from the buyer? 1. What's holding you back? 2. How do you plan to solve this issue? 3. What's your deadline to resolve this? 4. What does your boss/customers think about this? 5. What's stopping you from solving this yourself now?

Kinda - 1 - Uncover why they aren't closing 2 - Allow them to articulate in their own words if they think they can solve this themselves or get them to admit that they need help 5 - Maybe they think they could solve this themselves, given enough time, motivation, money etc... but most people would rather have someone else do it quicker than them doing themselves in 3 years. Hope that helps.
