If you are able to read English pretty okay, most of our videos have English captions :) You can also try slowing down the video a little, too!

That's a Dutch braid. If you want to do a French braid, you have to cross the outside pieces OVER the middle piece.

+Kayla Gordineer It is just as a reference for basic knowledge. But thank you for the correction :)

You are right! When we wrote the script it was supposed to be a french braid. We recreated this style 5 times... I was exhausted... I did not even realize we used this clip until after editing. So... this style can be done as a french or dutch braid :)

I'm not trying to be rude, but her scalp looks kind of thin and irritated. Is that from the dreads or the bleach? My hair is fine and I'm concerned when/if I dread my hair it will look like I'm balding. Trying to do as much research as I can before dreading. Just a question! Thanks!

it's from bleaching, bleach can really irritate the skin

Hello! Alin's scalp is very sensitive, and after creating, and re-creating many styles in one day... this is normal. She does lighten her hair but with a low volume developer, so there is not unnecessary irritation. When lightening hair or 'bleaching' we do recommend seeing a professional to avoid scalp issues :)

What scared me the most is the quite big "bald spots" between the dreads... Maybe that's because her hair is lightened...? I have fine hair as well, and I'm scared of this "balding effect" as well... Hope one of you can help me with this...?

How does a product prevent psoriasis? It's nothing like dandruff! It's is a long-lasting autoimmune disease!! I should know, I've had it for the majority of my life and it angers me anytime a product says it can cure it, but I've never heard of one that can prevent it.
@manga47748 жыл бұрын
i have also never seen a product that actually cure chronic dandruff :(
@alinleslie15278 жыл бұрын
You are right my friend. The correct verbiage should be "helps to treat or prevent symptoms'. There are many types of psoriasis and yes it is an autoimmune disease at times with no cure, but that does not mean that there are not treatments to help. This also does not mean that topical products cannot help reduce or prevent the severity of symptoms. The main ingredients in the Dollylocks Conditioning Oil is Organic Coconut Oil (keeping in mind not all oils are created equal - organic is the key!). Coconut Oil contains lauric acid, a type of fatty acid that is known for the ability to reduce inflammation, fungus, viruses, and harmful microbes. I also suffer from eczema and the Conditioning Oil helps to reduce my inflammation, irritation and longevity of outbreaks. In no way are we stating that we can 'CURE' ANY condition. The Dollylocks Organic Conditioning Oil has helped many of our clients with skin disorders, including myself. We are simply here to help and if our products work for you, that is awesome!!
