From Michigan United States of America and for some reason I just recently became very interested in house plants out of nowhere and you are the only person I trust for all my plants information and everything needed to successfully keep and reproduce house plants of all kinds. The day i first became very interested in plants i went to the store and bought this list of plants, i think your going to find this funny. 1. Calathia maranta 2. Alocasia polly 3. Majestic palm 4. Money tree. After the money tree and majestic palm died, the calathia maranta and alocasia were barely clinging to life and then I found your channel and now the calathia maranta and alocasia polly are big beautiful and full and I've gotten many more plants since and not a single one has died. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this information about plants and how to take care of them. Also how to propagate them. I learned so much more than I did not know especially where to cut them and how long the roots should be when you replant them into new soil soil from the water. I do have one question and you probably have already addressed it in another video but as I am new to watching you my question is the kind of water that you should use when Watering your plants. I have both Rivers osmosis water and filtered water. Are either of those acceptable? Thank you in advance for answering this:-).

Thank you for the great contents! Can I suggest a video about how to actually prune rotten root? I’m always having troubles when pruning as some of the roots are unclear if they are actually rotted or not. Do all healthy root have the same whiteish colour? Do we cut anything that’s not white colour? Can some darker colour root actually from soil stains? Do older root appear darker colour? I’m so confused lol, 🥲

thanks for a helpful vid!! I used to struggle with successfully propagating my plants, but I've found that transferring my cuttings from water to coco coir is way better than transferring from water to soil. Coco coir keeps moisture for pretty long but it's still very loose and airy. All my pothos that have gone to coco coir have survived and are thriving, while quite a few of the ones I transferred to soil got root rot and died :/ so I keep them in coco coir until they've established a decent root system.

Great videos, I'm a subscriber! OK, First I know this is risky but I took a chance. I bought an online stem cutting of a monstera albo from a shop that has a very good reputation, all these comments on how well their plant is doing. Got the cutting, very good shape, on June 2, have had it in filtered water. No roots yet, and today the leaves have started curling!! Is there anything I should do? I've propagated tons of plants before in water and I don't know what's wrong. Should I re cut it? Help please.

So when they are 4-5 cm long that means from top to bottom? Also if you decide to put it pumice in between water and soil do you put it pumice when it reaches that length or earlier and when do you move it to soil? Also how big should the pot be for pumice and then also for the soil or if you plant it in soil straigth away? I’m talking about monsters cuttings and they don’t like to big pots but what is to big and what is too small in these cases?

Hi, yesterday I propagated my big Peace lyly. The root is so big , healthy and bounded. That's why its very difficult for me to divided the root. I have to spray water to the root strongly . I think the root was hurt and maybe damaged a little. After repot the tree looked ok, but the second day the tree become droopy. Is that normal or not normal, sir? I know that I put enough water for them. If not normal, what I have to do to save my plant? I hope you answer me soon , this is my first plant from my dead father. So it's very important for me. I bought a string of dolphins. When it arrived it was in such bad shape. The leaves aren't flat, but it's in pretty poor condition. I don't know what to do with it. I want to save it. Can you give me any advice??

Just plant them directly into soil. They tend to be stronger that way.
