In fact all of them are good observations. The last one about the "required / optional" is the best for me.

Hey Michael, your content is great. Aesthetics are everything. Beauty is sacred. Thank you!

Good to know about the form columns. I have made the mistake of creating multi-column forms before and was confused why users didn't care for it.

one column and the lowest possible number of fields is the best approach 👍

The red asterisk one I liked alot. 👍I definitely feel like it's redundant. Most people feel out the whole form especially when there getting something of value from it.
@MalewiczHype3 жыл бұрын
Yes. And whenever you can simply remove the optional fields and add them later - after they sign up and use the product for a while, you can nudge them to "fill the rest of the profile" :)
@ugochiinyama9093 жыл бұрын
I love all but most importantly the optional one
@MalewiczHype3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It's best too not even have optional fields at all, but if you have to, just mark them as optional :-) But overall - the shorter the form, the better.

Hi Michal! I am currently taking your UI Mobile course and it's awesome, thank you. Could you please create a course or series of videos here on KZbin on how to create enterprise dashboards (how to set up the left nav bar, data visualizations, data tables, etc) I have found very little detailed content about this on KZbin. This could be extremely helpful for those that work in enterprise software development environments.

Goverments are at the top when it comes to budget. Yet goverments are at the bottom when it comes to user experience. Government websites mostly are the worst designed ones.
