Hey Jordan, I'm curious to your thoughts on this, but considering how much more dynamic this defense appears it will be compared to the Caldwell Defense, do you think learning a new system with this many moving pieces might have an adverse impact on how effective the defense will be this year, at the very least the beginning? When, I reflect on that, I start to wonder how effective the communication and understanding of the defense might play a role. When you look at how explosive some of those offenses are to start off the year, I wonder how much that schedule could impact us. Curious about your take on this, and how long you think it will take for everything to fire on all cylinders.

Caldwell was in over his head. I wish him well...but I also think he was a bad hire by Doug to be his 1st D-Coord. On the players side...I think we lacked Leadership and Toughness during the slide...I kept saying "where are OUR BadA$$es??!!" Yes Ryan Nielsen looks to be a GREAT hire.
