Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!

Bread recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
20 g of sugar.
12 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
200 g of wheat flour.

1 egg white.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 460 g of wheat flour.
10 grams of salt.
Mix the ingredients.

Knead a soft, delicate dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form balls from each piece of dough.
Leave for 10 minutes.
For the filling, I cooked 2 medium potatoes. Let's make puree.
1 onion fried in vegetable oil.
Salt, black pepper.
Roll out the dough to the size of your baking tray.
Add potato filling.
Roll out the second dough.
