Man these guys speaking facts i was surrounded by friends who where not taking things seriously in life and i became a loose cannon getting into bullshit all the time putting my life and my freedom at risk and from the moment I separated myself i started to grow and change and started to feel urgency to fullfill my purpose in life..literally everytime i see them they are worst off then before like there going backwards which is sad but sometimes in order to grow yo need to separate urself...thank God my eyes where open in time and another thing dnt let ur so called “friends” make u feel guilty by saying u have changed I always tell them i havent changed i have grown

As 26 year old I was out of shape , got in trouble, helped everyone but couldn’t help myself, and I hung around with bad people and I was broke and the worst to add on top was I lost my gramps and he was my best friend and no one can replace him he was a leader and a tough MF that had no fear but when he left it was time. It was time to work 2 jobs it was time to hanging around with bad people so I cut them off and it was time time to get in shape and it was time to help myself and time to stop being broke so I worked 2 jobs and never went out and did what I had to do it was the most money I ever made and it was worth it everyone tells I look very different from when they last saw me I’m 27 now but I still fight like if I’m still broke

I swear to god. What Myron said about the gym and reaching target goals teaching you how to extrapolate that into other successes in life is 100% what has worked for me throughout my life. It teaches you what it takes for you to personally succeed. Then you use that same ambition in other things in life like school, saving, investing, landing the job you want, whatever you want to accomplish in life, and it gives you the blueprints to your brain. Nobody is born with an instruction manual for your body in life, the gym is a good way to obtain it.
