This is solid advice in regards to property ownership/managament. I myself have a property in cyprus and am currently looking for another one, I'm starting small because I'm not rich BUT I feel this can take me out of the "matrix". I can tell you all now, I was on roughly $50k a year, im now (less than a year later) on over 100k Next step for me is, now I know how to make money in the market, to upscale the niche I found and turn that into 10x (currently 200-300 a week for very little work, just upfront and time to time you need about 1-3 weeks of a few hours a day) Im actually going to do a podcast or put the info somewhere so that people can do this... would love to speak about it and help you guys out with at least ideas I owe my success (other than my hard work) to fresh and fit, and andrew tate... never met them, owe them my life

401ks are just investment vehicles. Telling people not to invest in 401ks is the same as telling them not to invest in Roth IRAs or index funds. It doesn’t make much sense. If you are going to remain in the work force for any amount of time you might as well invest in a 401k. There’s really no smart reason not to. No other investment vehicle guarantees a 100% return up to a percentage. It would be stupid to pass up for 90% of people
