This is why muscle building is so discouraging. It must be miserable to track every little calorie everyday. How mundane and exhausting
@cornstar12537 ай бұрын
The whole calorie idea is pseudoscience when it comes to the body. First, the total calories listed can be off by up to 20%. Second, calories are measured in a closed system bomb calorimeter. You can't eat a calorie. It has no resting mass. Heat are photons. You can't eat photons.
@cornstar12537 ай бұрын
Mass in mass out is how it should be measured.
@markdover38257 ай бұрын
Do not listen to this guy. Muscle building is not as hard as people say. People over complicate things for no reason and if you’re supposed to perfectly track your calories then prisoners wouldn’t get so jacked. Just workout regularly, push yourself and eat a healthy and balanced diet. That’s it.
@xerikl7 ай бұрын
Actually most people are not building muscle because they're not working hard enough at the gym, not because of their diet. Majority do not push themselves close to failure
