Hey guys!!! Today I have a good one. I’m giving you 5 reasons why your BlendJet 2 may not be working. I am no expert BUT I have a little experience with these portable blenders. I hope that this video helps someone who may not know what to do or expect.

Number 6- Sometimes it needs to be reset. Hold the button for 3 seconds, let off, then press again to blend. That's what I did to fix mine. Great video.

Mine wasn’t working at all. It was charged,not jammed and arrows lined up. I held the button down for 5 seconds and it reset it to work again.

Thank you! Saved me the cost of a second one since I was outside of my warranty - arrows weren’t aligned. I had over-tightened it after taking it off the base & putting it back on for the first time to deep clean it. You rock! 😉

Great video and thanks for sharing ....! Of course check to see that the arrows are aligned, not jammed up etc. - however, make sure that it FULLY charged - the light needs to be lit up in a FULL blue circle .....

Thank u very much for this video it helped me tremendously with my first Blendjet. Apparently, I didn't have the arrows aligned thinking the canister had to be tightly twisted. But as soon as I listened to your instructions, I simply twisted it back a little to line up the arrows, even though the canister was not totally tight, voila problem solved! JUST LINE UP THE ARROWS PEOPLE! 😄

Thanks for the video! Ours also didn’t work. My mom made a smoothie and after 2 seconds it died every time. But after watching it she realized she made it too thick. It had a hard avocado, spinach and a full banana and maybe not enough liquid. We though the battery died already even though I only have it for a month. But then she held it side ways and it did the job! :) funny though, knowing it can crush ice :p

OMG.I love you I love you again. Of course those mini-arrows that we tend to forget when not used often when expecting to blend like other blenders on the market. Note/ tip: blender will not blend without water in it also + lid. Thanks x

For everyone with red blinking light: Take a look at the low edge of the jar, there should be a little black magnet. If there's nothing, so there is no magnet giving the signal to the bottom part. You definitely need this magnet inside the jar!!!

If a piece of fruit becomes lodged, I'll shake it and if that doesn't work, I turn it upside-down and remove the base and loosen the fruit or whatever is causing the blender to jam. Easier than using a fork and reaching way down to remove the jam. Hope this is helpful.

For me, I put peanut butter last and it was not strong enough to break through the peanut butter. It took a couple tries. But then it wouldn’t work bc it was not charged 🙄 and it would even try to blend water!! I think it was the peanut that messed it up and then not charging it. It works now. Keep peanut butter initiator away from the blades 😅

Mine wasn’t working and I looked a little closer at the blade. Because I didn’t use it for a while the blade was still and stuck. I took a sharp item and rolled it around the openings of the blade and spinner it and it started working again.

When you take the jar and base apart to clean you have to make sure the rubber circles go back in correctly

Mine was part of the recent recall that could have caused a fire..........got a replacement sent to me after I sent in the seal cut up in 3 pieces and had to send them a pic of it. Long story short...I received the new one, but now it leakes...I can't use it.....Not sure if it's the measuring part of it or if its in the base. So not sure what I need to do about it....I thought maybe this video would tell. I can't seem to find a phone number for blendjet. I have noticed that the black sensor is not completely black on it, only half of it is...Wondering if that is part of it. If anybody here knows...hollar plz.
