Yep! That’s it. A lot of people forget what they have and stop appreciating what they’ve genuinely earned

This is excellent content for us 20-somethings. It’s so easy to feel like we are not where we planned or imagined we thought we would be. And while men need to be selfish to level up/secure their bag, I think it’s important for us ladies to begin doing the same thing. Often times, sometimes even subconsciously, we are going out of our way or rearranging our plans to be available or satisfy someone else. But I’m learning that our 20s are special and it’s so important to set and accomplish your personal goals at your OWN pace. Your videos have really been putting these things into perspective. God’s Plan and patience.

I can relate to worrying about what others think and making goals but not going at your own pace. With me being a perfectionist, I want everything to be 110%, and if something does not go my way, I lose it. I wish that I can have the mindset that nobody’s perfect and that everything doesn’t have to be 110%. Thus, not trying to make people happy is something I really need to work on. As I mentioned on your last video, I used to be in a religion where me, my family, and friends were supposed to make our God happy and to do whatever that pleases him. However, when I gotten older, I realized that what I was doing was pleasing men instead of pleasing “God”. Thus, I realized that pleasing those in my religion really put a toll in my health physically and mentally where I recalled feeling drained and almost passed out due to anxiety and fear of people dismissing me because of the choices/life decisions I make. When I do make it to 4-year university and get involved, I don’t want to make the same mistake as I did when I was in school, work, or in my religion. I want to have the mindset of not giving a fuck of what ANYONE think of me, my lifestyle, and the choices I make. Even though I want to make a good impression, however, I do not want to make people happy or make them like me because at that end of the day, there will be folks who will like me and some who don’t. In addition, I also can relate to the whole social media world and how it rubs people the wrong way when it comes to status towards. Being honest, if it wasn’t for social media, this world wouldn’t be as superficial and unrealistic as it is now. Thus, there wouldn’t be young people comparing themselves to their social media idols and trying to be them and live their life or having problems due to the fact not living their life

This video was seriously insightful and inspiring. Personally, social media has been the main cause for my unhappiness. It brought out the five points you shared in this video. As a creative, my issue is that there is soooooo much focus on how many followers you have. Like it's gotten ridiculous. Yet here I am with two published books, two travel guides, and an online magazine that I've been publishing for 10 years. Plus I just launched a T-shirt line. And yet, the second I say, I have 800 n change followers on da gram suddenly, I am not good enough. Oh and because I've been so focused on business, I have no husband and chilren either so I can't flex about my personal life so again I'm apparently still not good enough. Lol!!! Like little baby, what?! Anyway to wrap up my life story; I have finally decided to stop caring. What I mean is the only acceptance I need is from God & family. I posted on my website & social media that I was taking a break for the holidays but I honestly would love to just disappear. I want to go in a different direction in 2021 and stop playing on these apps that I didn't create and don't own. #rantover

Great video Corey!!! Those last two everyone should pay attention to: Worry, lack of patience are nothing but satans way of keeping you down and away from your true blessings. God knows what you`re to have, where you`re to have and when you`re supposed to receive it. We all need to remember God runs this and we need to go to Him in good times and bad, He has taken us this far He will take us the rest of the way if we have FAITH!!!!
