1. pull ups should be shoulder width apart. 2. do pull ups at a 30% angle. 3. your not stretching / squeezing on incline or decline. 4. do barbell bent over rows / dead-lifts if you want thick back. 5. don't jerk your reps, keep form at 100%.

for all you guys wondering why your muscles won't grow, its because of your posture as long as you don't fix your posture and the imbalances that carries your muscles will be very limited on what they can grow, this advice is for people who already have good posture and present minimum to zero body imbalances, you are welcome this is one of the best tips / advice you will ever read, it took me a lot to finally get it and i hope somebody finds this useful and doesn't have to go to all the effort, time and disappointment i had to go through.

An exercise that really helped me learn how to contract my back is the rope pull over great isolation exercise for the lats then you can pull down and row whilst knowing how to contract and stretch the lats.

i find getting the stretch in my lats, 4 things helped me like you said pulling from the elbows, tight hand grip, my grip slightly almost inwards as if your flaring your elbow out (really helped me), and then of course nice and slow, contraction with your mind concentrating.

I suffer from scoliosis and that also led to me having internal rotation of my right shoulder...this makes it difficult to stimulate my lats equally and recently I have felt that the lat pulldowns barely hit my lats properly. Any alternatives to that other than rows? And it would be really appreciated to make a video about shoulder internal rotation.

I don't get enough stretch in the one that's tilted to the front.. What can I do to correct this or what other exercises can I do to build a bigger chest.. Thanks bro

Loved this video... I have to work my back twice in a row to really feel that the back has been worked out properly... why is that? I do use strict form and manageable weight... not ego lifting here... only on the second day can I feel the lactic acid build up significantly for D.O.M.S to set in... can you help me?

Dead lift is a compound work out along with bench and squats.!!! You need those the work outs in general to grow not only for the working aspect but the testosterone it releases.!!!
