Hi Hidamari and husband! Thank you for keeping me company in these warm days. I'm in my parents' house for vacations, they live in a small place in Central Italy, and I want to talk to you about a summer dish that we're eating these days that I'd almost forgotten! We call it "panzanella", it's made with old bread (molded a bit into cold water), mozzarella, tomatoes and cucumber. Salt, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and basil to garnish everything. It's a poor plate, made by very simple ingredients, but it's delicious!

I love it During summer i love salade all the kind of type of salade , crudité/raw vegetable, Juice and bowls yogourt ice cream And a lot of fruit but honesly i like eating all of this the entire year

My favourite summer dish is tuna pasta, cook pasta shells drain and run under cold water, add tuna, sweetcorn,red,green and yellow peppers. Mix with mayonnaise 😋🇬🇧

I love watermelon in summer. I also grew up going berry picking, so I would get fresh strawberries from the farms in June. I like making iced coffee too. I like to prepare vanilla protein powder drink and keep it in the fridge as my milk/cream for iced coffee.

Очень аппетитное видео , HidaMari! Узнала много нового- горькая тыква гойя,шисо- зелень похожая на рукколу и мяту, бамия-растение мальвовых. Мы тоже жарим баклажаны с луком и чесноком. Мисо пасту не пробовала. У нас есть корейская соевая паста- тяй. Летом, в жару мы готовим окрошку, я люблю с сузьмой. Баклажаны кружками жареные и сверху кружок помидора и чеснок с укропом, очень вкусно. И корейское кукси-самое самое летнее блюдо! Ну и салат с помидорами, огурцами, луком и укропом .❤👍🙏

Wow! Everything looks so delicious... even though I don’t like vegetables much and I don’t drink lattes (or coffee in general) it all looks so good ^^. You and your husband are so good at cooking/baking but I can’t say me and my family do anything specific for summer. We just eat/get whatever I guess.
