おはようございます😊動画を見ていただきありがとうございます♪
今日は、KZbinを初めた経緯などをお話しながら
１日のご飯を撮影してみました。
■朝ごはん
白米
味噌汁
鯛の塩焼き・ほうれん草の胡麻和え
大根の葉っぱのふりかけ
無農薬の大根を買ったときは、1cmくらいに切ってごま油・塩で炒め、
しんなりしたら桜えびやしらすを大さじ１くらい加えて混ぜます。
お醤油を小さじ１、最後に白ごまを入れて簡単ふりかけにします。
おにぎりの具として混ぜても美味です♪
■お昼ごはん
ハムサンド
アボカドサラダ
アボガドは縦半分に割って種を取ったら格子状にナイフを入れて
スプーンを皮と身の間に入れるときれいに外せます。
アボカドは黒ずみやすいのでレモン汁と和えて、
ミニトマト、ブラックオリーブ、塩、オリーブオイルで味付けします。
パンを軽く炙って、マヨネーズ：粒マスタード＝４：１で混ぜた
マスタードマヨを塗り、レタス、ロースハム、
トマト（塩を振ると味がボケにくいです）を乗せます。
サンドするパンに柔らかくしたクリームチーズをたっぷり塗ってはさみます。
■夜ご飯
揚げない油淋鶏風
長ネギ１本をみじん切りに、しょうがはすりおろし、
醤油、砂糖、酢、ごま油、水、全て大さじ２と合わせてタレを作ります。
鶏もも肉は一口より少し大きめに切り、塩コショウ、小麦粉をまんべんなくふります。
フライパンにサラダ油を1cmほど入れて鶏肉を両面焼き付けて、
火が通ったら油を切って盛り付けます。

フードプロセッサー：BRUNO（ブルーノ）
6個取りマフィン型
繰り返し使えるオーブンシート

シリコンの泡立て器
持ち手が木のふるい
クーベルチュールチョコレート：大東カカオのスイートチョコレート
450gの発酵無塩バター（明治、よつ葉、カルピス、高千穂、森永など）
その他製菓材料
▽Cotta （通販専門）
450gの無塩バター（よつ葉、高千穂、明治、森永など）
クーベルチュールチョコレート：カカオバリー、バンホーテン
その他製菓材料
繰り返し使えるオーブンシート

よく頂く質問などについて。
Q.バターは無塩ですか？有塩ですか？
お菓子には基本的に無塩バターのみ使用しています。
無塩バターに塩を加えるレシピは有塩バターではだめなのか？と質問をいただくのですが、狙った塩加減にしたいため無塩バターを使っています。
※一部過去の動画は「バター」のみの記載になってしまっています。
今後は字幕に「無塩バター」と表記するよう心がけますが、
それ以前の字幕に「バター」としか書かれていなくても
「無塩バター」を使用しています。
Q.オーブンは予熱しますか？
焼成温度に合わせて予熱しています。
家庭用オーブンは庫内が小さく扉を開けた時に熱が逃げやすいため、
焼成温度＋10〜20℃で予熱し、焼くものを入れてから焼成温度に合わせて焼いています。
こちらも今後は字幕で「〇〇℃に予熱したオーブンで□□分焼く」といった形で表記するように心がけます。
Q.倍量で作りたいのですが。
12cm丸型を15cm丸型に→1.5倍
12cm丸型を18cm丸型に→2.2倍
12cm丸型を21cm丸型に→3倍
15cm丸型を12cm丸型に→0.6倍
15cm丸型を18cm丸型に→1.5倍
15cm丸型を21cm丸型に→2倍
12cm(4.7inch)→15cm(6inch) =×1.5
12cm(4.7inch)→18cm(7inch) =×2.2

You can always use a small oven (size of a microwave but is an actual oven) or a grill.

I agree with your philosophy. I really like to cherish every moment and just go slow. That's when you see how beautiful life is. I don't know why, but your videos help a lot in keeping me sane, especially during these hard times. Oh my gosh, you made me cry! 💕 when I came across your channel , it was honestly the first time I could really relax. It truly does feel like the sun is wrapped around my whole body & soul every time I watch one of your videos. I am a single mother with 3 out of 4 children with special needs. I am also a retired chef. I am always so busy & everything you said in this video is so true for me.
