Always enjoy seeing your neatly done organized garden take shape, very peaceful escape from the world. Funny to me that you would take away the winter protective leaves away from the daffodils as that is the one spring bulb I always leave the leaves around. Always dealing with late snowfalls they tend to come in handy propping up the dancing flowers and generally make in minds eye a natural setting in how I see them. Funny because I tend to be drawn to very formalized gardens.

I love the "making investments in my soil bank account" comment - love that perspective!

Good for you, friend, using your planting trays until they are falling apart! I do the same. I hate using plastic, but if I already have it, I'll use it until I've used it up. Your well-loved rusty old wheelbarrow warms my heart too!

How do you trim around the beds and keep grass from moving in around the rocks? Having a hard time maintaining all the edges 😅
@MindandSoil9 ай бұрын
I mow the lawn as close to them as I can and then use my Dewalt weed eater along the rocks to tidy those up
