kyunki 4 bonds bnane ke baad agr +ve charge hai carbon pr toh mtlb vacant p orbital hai uspr jo ki possible ni hai kyunki 4 se zyda bonds ni bnna skta. asaan bhasha me agr +ve charge hai mtlb usko aur electrons chahiye honge ya usne apne electrons donate krdiye hai jiski wjh se positive charge aagya pr wo bhi nhi hua isliye wo structure glt hai carbon 3 bonds with a +ve charge is possible but 4 with a +ve charge is not possible
