5 Retaining Walls Who Pays

Hey, what about a retaining wall that predates your house. (Example) if your property was built next to a retaining wall that was already their and theirs nothing in your title deeds

if on boundary, share; within one's property, owner of the property pays; if disagree, then they may build own wall/fences 60 cm away from the boundary. That's what i heard from a council consultant, Queensland Australia
