Thank you! It's been on the market since May. Interest rates and an election year, are scaring people off. Grr...God is good, so in his timing. Just hope it's before the snow starts to fly. Note to your viewers.....sell your snow plow, shovels, and winter gear, AFTER the house sells. 🥶

I totally get what you mean! Early retirement sounds awesome, but those SS changes can be a bummer. We are planning to delay claiming SS for as long as possible but we're definitely weighing the options as we approach having to make the decision.
