These old timers, constantly bashing our army, saying "The old one was better!", well DUH, Suid Afrika was at war with everyone, their funding was so high. I don't even think its a quarter of that budget. But if you actually follow these dudes, most wouldn't even say what they say. IF you had to go through the selection process, most wouldn't make it.
@j.b903310 ай бұрын
We actually fought a war, against the best Cuban, Russians and Angolan troops, for every 1 of us killed we killed 10. 32BN killing ratio were 1/30. This 81mm mortars were fired at 10/min. Show me any weapons/ radar/ Jet or helicopter designed by the SANDF. All our fragrates and submarines are damaged. If the current government can't even stop in-house riots, how effective are the SANDF? How can you train personnel without funding. The e SANDF is not a force to be reckoned with, as their government

Also how well trained were the RCD forces and did they have any powerful equipment?Is it true that the majority of The FAC were children?and how did operations vary from Kinshasa to more eastern areas?one more question which group of enemy combatants were the most effective in combat?
